Refund Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. No riddles, no side quests.
Eligibility
You’re eligible for a refund if:
- You request it within the 7‑day window.
- Your usage hasn’t involved any clear abuse of the platform (e.g., automated scraping, mass account creation, or anything else that would make our servers cry).
How to Request a Refund
Just reach out to us at support@wp.onequest.in with:
- The email you used to sign up
- A brief note about why you want a refund (optional but appreciated)
We’ll process your request within 5–7 business days
Non-Refundable Cases
We can’t offer refunds when:
- The request comes after the 7‑day refund window.
- There’s evidence of misuse or violation of terms.
- Payments were made through promotional credits, coupons, or special one‑off offers that explicitly state they’re non‑refundable.
